Student Application Form | January 2027 start

Application and enrolment for year starting January 2027 is now open. You may complete and submit the form below.

Important: All three steps below must be completed to successfully secure a place at Al Rawdah.

Step 1

Please completely fill out the application form for each student.

If you are submitting for multiple students, then please select the ‘Add Student’ function under the ‘Student Details’ section for each additional student application.

Step 2

Upon submission, you will be forwarded to the registration fee payment page (one-off Non refundable enrolment fee of £60 per student). You will require a debit/credit card to hand.

Payment will be taken via PayPal, which you can make by signing into your PayPal account, or as a guest using your debit/credit card which will not require you to sign in to PayPal.

Please also ensure to select the correct number of students you are submitting application for when asked ‘How many students are you submitting an application for?’ under the ‘Application Consent and Agreement’ section

Step 3

The last step will require you to setup a direct debit for ongoing tuition fees. Instructions on setting up the direct debit will be sent via email from 10th of December onwards. You will require your account number and sort code to hand at that time.

2027 - Al Rawdah Weekend Madrasah Student Application

Please DO NOT fill in or submit application form for any applicant who has been a student at Al Rawdah before. However, you may fill in and submit for any student/child who is making application for the first time. Please contact us to get more information on our returning students' application policy. If you choose to proceed and submit form with registration fee, the fee will NOT be refundable.

NOTE - If you live at a distance from Al Rawdah branch in Aston and would like us to set up a weekend Madrasah near you, please state this in the 'Any health conditions or further notes' area under the Students Details section

For the Rawdatul Atfaal department we are only accepting applications in school years Reception | Year 1 | Yr 2.

Toilet Trained: By submitting application you confirm that your child is/will be able to use the toilet independently and wash themselves thereafter.

The Hifz course is open to male and female students.

All applicants joining on the Hifz programme must be atleast 8 years of age on 9th January 2027 and are required to be able to read the Quraan fluently and independently.

All new applicants will be invited for an assessment which will be held at the Aston branch on Monday 4th January 2027, 7pm onwards.

Following from the assessment a decision will be made on whether your child requires to study Tajweed first, or can begin the Hifz from January 2027.

Please note - This department is dedicated to teaching the memorisation of the Holy Quraan, not to teach how to recognise the Arabic alphabet, how to join letters to construct words or to read at a beginners level.

We can only accept the first 15 students to join in each school year group, once we have reached capacity all further applications will be placed on shortlist and are not guaranteed to start from January 2027, or during the year of 2027 at all.

Application consent and agreement

Submitting form will be considered an agreement of our below terms and conditions.

I confirm I am submitting form/s for a first time application, and not a returning student *
I confirm that the student/s or the parents/grandparents of the student/s for whom the application is being made is/are KMAB members *
I confirm that the registration fee (£60 per student) payable upon submitting this form is not refundable *
I confirm and agree to pay the full annual fee at the start of each year for the first two years (Pay 2027 fees at the start of 2027 & then pay 2028 fees at the start of 2028 | You will not be required to pay two years fee in one go) as a new student application and accept that the fees for each year of the first two years (2027 & 2028) are non-refundable, regardless if my application is revoked after starting/attending the madrasah for disciplinary reasons or similar by the madrasah or I wish to stop attending by choice *
A flexible fees payment plan with discount will be available only after completing two years consecutive at Al Rawdah | Fees structure and available discounted rates policy is explained below.

Rawdatul Atfaal - £540 Annually per student | Rawdatu Tahfeezil Qur'an - £660 Annually per student | Sibling discount -£60 discount per student each year will be applied from the aforementioned fees if 3 siblings or more attending madrasah at the same time for the full year | If any student drops out during the year, then the non discounted fees rate will be applied from the start of the year and any unpaid amounts must be paid | Those who qualify for sibling discount may pay full year's fee as one-off or 2 termly payments over the year, 1st payment at the start of January and 2nd payment at the start of July | If you qualify and choose to pay 2 termly payments, the full year's fee will still need to be cleared should you/your child not complete the year. Since your application is not genuine and you wish to leave once a place becomes available for you/your child at another Madrasah, we will not allow the applicant to start and join the madrasah as this then causes the madrasah ongoing issues in maintaining healthy class sizes.

If you choose to proceed and submit form with registration fee, the fee WILL NOT be refundable and your application WILL ALSO NOT be accepted as a confirmed application.
