Direct Debit setup for academic year – January 2026
PLEASE ONLY SETUP A DIRECT DEBIT FROM 2ND WEEK OF DECEMBER 2025 ONWARDS (DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS WILL ONLY ACTIVATE AND BE DEBITED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IN JANUARY 2026).
IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING APPLICATION FORM AFTER THE 2ND WEEK OF DECEMBER 2025, THEN PLEASE SETUP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT IMMEDIATELY.
Important: All three steps below must be completed successfully and fees must be collected to secure a place and start attending at Al Rawdah.
Step 1
Please ensure you have already filled in and submitted the online application form
Step 2
Please ensure you had paid the one-off enrolment fee of £60 per student when you submitted the online application form
Step 3
The last step will require you to setup an annual direct debit for ongoing tuition fees each year for the first two years. You will require your account number and sort code to hand when setting up the direct debit.
NOTE: All new students will only be offered the option of paying the annual fees up front each year for the first 2 years if completed consecutively after applying, thereafter you will be offered the flexible payment plan of either paying the full years fees over 12 monthly installments, or one-off annual payment at a discounted rate. This was explained under the ‘Application Consent And Agreement’ section of the application form which you had ticked and agreed to.
NOTE: SIBLINGS DISCOUNT: We are able to offer siblings discount on condition that atleast 3 siblings are on our registers at any one time, and regardless of which department they are in or which fees payment plan you choose. The discount will reduce each child’s fee by £5 per month (£60 annually), whether paying annually as one-off or paying over 12 monthly installments. Siblings discount is NOT available for KMAB members. If you are a KMAB member, then please contact us for further information on KMAB members fees structure.
We are not able to offer the siblings discount selection online, therefore if you choose to pay the full year’s fee as one-off then please select your payment option from below and notify us of your eligibility, we will then amend the direct debit amounts from our end. If you wish to pay the full year’s fee over two installments (this option is only available for new students who are eligible for siblings discount, excluding KMAB members) then please contact us, we will advise how you may clear your fees.
NOTE: When setting up the direct debit you will be asked for your personal details ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’. In this section please do not place the bank account holders name, but rather the student name/s you are setting the fees up for.
