Direct Debit setup for academic year – January 2026
PLEASE ONLY SETUP A DIRECT DEBIT FROM 2ND WEEK OF DECEMBER 2025 (DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS WILL ONLY ACTIVATE IN JANUARY 2026 THOUGH).
IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING FORM AFTER THE 2ND WEEK OF DECEMBER 2025, THEN PLEASE SETUP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT IMMEDIATELY.
Important: All three steps below must be completed to successfully secure a place at Al Rawdah.
Step 1
Please ensure you have already filled in and submitted the online application form
Step 2
Please ensure you had paid the one-off enrolment fee of £60 when you submitted the online application form
Step 3
The last step will require you to setup a monthly direct debit for ongoing monthly fees. You will require your account number and sort code to hand.
NOTE: If you already have a child/ren at Al Rawdah in the same department, then please notify us of this and we can amend the current child’s and new children’s fees to reflect the new number of children you have with us at Al Rawdah.
NOTE: SIBLINGS DISCOUNT: We are able to offer siblings discount on condition that atleast 3 siblings are on our registers at any one time, and regardless of which department they are in or which fees payment plan you choose. The discount will reduce each child’s fee by £5 per month (£60 annually), whether paying annually as one-off or paying over 12 monthly installments. Siblings discount is NOT available for KMAB members. If you are a KMAB member, then please contact us for further information on KMAB members fees structure.
We are not able to offer the siblings discount options online, therefore please select whichever plan you wish to choose and then notify us of your eligibility, we will then amend the direct debit amounts from our end.
NOTE: When setting up the direct debit you will be asked for your personal details ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’. In this section please do not place the account holders name, but rather the student name/s you are setting the fees up for.
