Umrah Application Form – October 2023

Application for Al Rawdah’s Umrah trip October 2023 is now open. You may complete and submit the form below.

Step 1

Please fill out the application form with details for each passenger travelling with you, including toddlers.

Step 2

Upon submission, you will be asked to clear deposit/full payment via bank Transfer (£400 deposit per traveller if applying before 14th May 2023, full payment if applying thereafter).

If you qualify to pay a deposit, then you will not be required to make a deposit payment for a toddler, but still fill in the form.

Step 3

Once you have submitted the application form and paid the deposit/full payment, we will be in touch in regards to booking your flights. Please do not book flights till we have given the go ahead.

Please ensure the correct number of persons have been selected to fill each room type. For example, do not select 3 travellers to sleep in a room with only 2 beds. A toddler upto 3yrs of age can be added into a room already filled up by accompanying travellers as the toddler will be sharing a bed. This section is also important as this will allow us to work out the final cost and the remaining balance by you after making the deposit payment.

This section will work out the deposit you need to pay. For this reason do not include toddler in this section (although you must fill the form in for a toddler) - Toddlers' payment will be added onto your final balance and you do not need to pay deposit for toddler now.
